While I was working on my excel sheet and student details(records), I got a call from my boss. I was asked to create folder of each row (each row consist of student details). When I looked at excel sheet I was shocked that I have to create almost 250 folders and it was a nightmare. I decided look for help and I search it on not other than google. After searching for almost 30 minutes, I discovered this beautiful script(macro) perfectly related to my work. I tested it and works fine and did my job. I decided to share this information with my readers and other people who are looking for simple macro to work on.

Gmail has announced that it will provide One-Click Microsoft Word Previews button like view PDF files in GMAIL. This will work with .doc and .docx formats of Word File.
I would say this is the better enhancement by Google team and now users wont see that HTML view of their Word File. For more details click here.

Launching of iPad is just at the corner and issues and controversies of iPad with iPhone and other apple devices is a hot cake in market. Many people including me are wondering about the connectivity of iPad with iPhone and other devices. How they will connect and will it support or not? Next month in April, iPad is firing up in the market with two different models, Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + 3G. The price for Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + 3G starting from 499$ and 628$ respectively. "Not one to mince words, Steve Jobs squashed all hope of the iPad supporting iPhone tethering for wireless internet access with one word — “No.”"

According to Groove " The bottom line is that those of you who were hoping to buy the cheaper WiFi version of the iPad and tether your iPhone for 3G Internet access (and avoid the additional 3G hardware costs and AT&T subscription plan) are out of luck.

From a consumer perspective, the news is quite disappointing. One would hope that the costly iPhone data plan would be applicable to the iPad. The idea of paying a per device monthly wireless Internet fee is one that won’t sit well with most consumers. The decision doesn’t exactly come as a surprise though. We already know that AT&T is facing network challenges, which they blame on heavy iPhone users, so it wouldn’t make sense for them to encourage or support additional bandwidth without additional fees." more

I would say, people who don't have iPhone are lucky enough not to loose money and mean while they can buy normal (Wi-Fi) iPad instead of getting the other one and paying the extra cost for 3G. Both of them are fine, it just depends what are you after and what are your requirements and needs. But its true that iPad is not supporting iPhone tethering.

Forgot Windows XP Password

Hi all! I have seen on many websites people are asking for it but most of the websites do not have appropriate answers or the step by step way of doing or showing it. I thought why not share this experience to all of you.

First thing you have to do is to go administrator account if you know the password.

Go to control panel and select user account

Select the account name of which you forgot the password

Reset the Password from there.

If you don't know the Administrator password then restart your pc in safe mode and follow the steps as above.

This is 95% solution of the problem. Because sometimes it does not work and if this is you then it's time to do something big and challenging. You have to download a software actually it is a Live CD and you can download it from here Offline NT Password
This will help you in cracking the password.

If it fails which it does not usually but there is always a rare case so if you fall in to rare case then its time to go for Ophcrack Live CD and definitely it will solve your problem.

Find the mac address of your iPhone

If you want to access the wifi or wireless router and it uses the MAC filtering, then you can not access the router or in simple words you are unable to use internet.

Following are the steps to know about your iPhone mac address

--- You must go to home screen of the phone.

--- Now tab/click/touch on the Settings icon.

--- Select General

--- Select about

--- Scroll on and search for Wi-fi address

You will the MAC address written next to it.

Change Windows 7 30 days trial period to 90 days

Its the Windows 7 craze and era and everybody is talking about it. Recently the unleashed copy of Windows 7 has been leaked, distributed and downloaded through out the world by rapidshare and torrents.

Windows 7 is very nice and lighter than Vista but the problem is currently its coming with 30 days trial period. Don't be disharted as here is the trick to change your 30 days trial period to 90 days.

Following are the simple steps to change it.

Download Windows 7 pre-beta M3 build 6801 from here

burn it on DVD, and install Windows 7.

Note: Its the best idea to try this tip just few days before your 30 days trial is about to expire.

After complete installation open Command Prompt

"
type any of three commands
sysprep /generalize
slmgr.vbs -rearm
rundll32 slc.dll,SLReArmWindows
"

this will extend your trial period.

Windows 7 Taskbar Unlock

Unlock the taskbar in Windows 7

According to people Windows 7 and Vista are similar, there is half truth in it there are some similaritites in them but they are far different from each other. Well the Pre beta of Windows 7 has been leaked by torrents and rapidshare.

"Windows 7 pre beta build which was distributed has some amazing features like Aero Shake, new cool looking taskbar and interactive thumbnails and cool new look and feel."

After you download and install the Windows 7 you will find that the taskbar is locked so here is the simple method to unlock the taskbar.

You have to download these tools 32 - bit and 64 - bit depends on your requirement and thn copy it to Windows directory.

In the Command prompt type the following commands (should have administrator rights)

takeown /f %windir%\explorer.exe
cacls %windir%\explorer.exe /E /G UserName:F (replace UserName with your username in windows 7)
taskkill /im explorer.exe /f
cd %windir%
start unlockProtectedFeatures.exe

Launch the shell by clock on launch button
